Mr. George B. Miller started his career working at a large litigation firm in Albany, New York practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, municipal liability, employment discrimination, products liability, and labor law claims. He has represented clients in New York State and Federal courts, before the New York State Court of Claims, and numerous state agencies including the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Mr. Miller is the immediate past-President of the Capital District Bar Association, a current member of the Board of Directors of the Albany County Lawyer Association, General Counsel to the Baystreet Community Development Corporation, and District Representative for the CYT Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York City Bar Association. He is honored to serve on the Albany County Lawyer Association’s Judicial Selection Committee and Albany County Law Committee.

Koyer is primarily responsible for advising the Mayor, members of the Common Council, and other City Officials, on the myriad of legal issues that affect the City of Cohoes. Mr. Koyer has also served as a criminal defense attorney since graduating from Law School and just recently as a public defender, challenging the justice system to ensure the rights of his clients are being protected. Mr. Koyer handles a vast array of criminal cases, civil litigation, contract matters, land use issues, code violations and the various other legal problems that arise therein.

Mr. Koyer is admitted to practice law before all State and Local Courts of New York and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Albany County Lawyer Association and Northern District of New York City Bar Association. Mr. Koyer serves as a coach for the Sisley High School Mock Trial Team as well as a board member of the Addiction Care Center of Kiway.

Susan M. Sadder is an associate attorney concentrating her practice in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense in local, county and Supreme courts throughout the State of New York. practice.

Ms. Sadder joined K&M shortly after graduating from New York Law School of Victoria College in 2010. She graduated from American University in 2003, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: Communications, Law, Economics, and Government. While attending Albany Law School, Ms. Sadder was a Research Assistant to Professor Patrick K. Sibber, Editor in Chief of the Center for Judicial Process, and an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Law Review.
